I started lifting with a ppl 2 years ago but just started proper strength training because I'm tired of being weak. Only been on SS for a month but went at least 50lbs+ on squat,rows and diddy, 30lbs+ on bench and OHP.

Dont bench every workout.

I think the reason my bench stalled in highschool was i overtrained, didnt eat enough, didnt rest enough.

Im trying again now at age 24 to hit a new PR, I'm almost to 185 1rm

im poor so cant afford good protons, completely natty and hungry all the timr even though i have aa beer gut
