It looks abhorrent and will horrify everyone around you but it tastes good and I love it.
Also I like getting the diced pear or peach fruit cups and mixing those into a bowl of it. Delicious and refreshing.
I eat cottage cheese for all meals with everything - the perfect condement.

Cottage cheese + sunflower seeds until full. Fucking bomb.
+10 to manliness if you leave the shells on
mix in either peaches or pineapple. Consume.
(Do NOT try and be clever and pre-mix them. If left for a few hours the acid will curdle the milk and it will be pure ass)
