Almonds are superior nut. Best nutrition, however they're so boringly bland and dull I can't be bothered to eat them alone. I enjoy a 60%-20%-20% mix of Almonds, Cashews, and Walnuts.

I never really eat pecans, brazil nuts, or peanuts.

I hate walnuts. I can't tolerate the taste, but sometimes eat them if they're combined with something else (e.g. muesli). I avoid honeyroasted or chocolate-coated nuts, but honeyroasted cashews...I'm salivating whilst typing them, it's that bad. I haven't had them in ages but they're glorious.

Almond butter is really easy to make. Just blend almonds til it becomes almond butter.

For unflavored, I buy a mix of brazil, almonds, cashews and pecans.
