how old are you?
if you are 25 or older, probably surgery. if u are 15% bodyfat or higher, it could just be extra fat storage there. i know after i eat a pizza or big portions of smoked meat/anything that cause bloat and water retention my nipples get puffy... but i do not have gyno.
