im trying to join the royal marines but i need to gain 4 kg which is hard for me, i was wondering if anyone had any 1000kcal shake mix recipies or any protein poweders that pack more than 404 kcal per 100g than my current protein shake, i hit the gym 3/4 times and run 3 times a week. any help on how to gain mass would be great
