What's your weight? I don't max out my front but the most I've hit successfully was 335 lbs for 3. I normally just use it very light for deloading after heavy back squatting. Just feels better to me that way

If you cut now or even in february you will dig yourself deep in a ditch you can't climb from.

You don't have much muscle and if you cut to 9 percent you will be leaving yourself with an unimpressive body. I would suggest lifting seriously for a year before you cut.

I mean your arms look like 28cm at best. If you cut they will become smaller. Your chest is not well developed so when you cut it might look worse than it looks now as you don't have that "Arnold-like Batsuit Pecs".

Being the huge guy in the beach beats out being the small malnutrioned guy. I'm sad to inform you that you don't have what it takes to become "that guy".

Take is slow. There's no such thing as a clean bulk, only a slow bulk which is what looks like a clean bulk.
Aim for a gain of 2lbs a month, anything over is guaranteed fat as a natty.

Winter just started like a month ago. Why do all you guys around here start cutting now? I cut end of spring and that's still to early. The vagina isn't out and about until june-september. meal 5 (before bed) 2 whole eggs + sometimes a handful of nuts

I started as a skelly, so all I had to do was gain some weight. As a skinnyfat and that tall, it will take you a while, but I believe if you have a disciplined diet and you are patient you will probably make it. I would also advice you to do HIIT.

Dude lift for a few more months and grow as much as you can. Then spring/summer hit the cutting diet and continue lifting as big as you can.

Once you get down to a "I look good in the mirror" physique then hit the maintenance diet until about a month or two from fall. Start the bulk again, I'd highly recommend carb cycle for the cut. It'll make the cUT easier in your body. Iv done it both traditonal cut carbs only and carb cycle and the traditional takes all my energy from me.

Currently on a lean bulk. I work out 3 times a week, if my job permits. Otherwise I work as a mover, lifting heavy shit and then walking up and down stairs.

I know most /fit/izines will get mad at me, but I believe full body routines are only for begginers and people into powerlifting. If you want aesthetics, then brosplit is the only way to go (The right nutrition plays a major role ofcourse).

then i do bench press with no weights till i cant anymore

then i do squats till i almost pass out

rest for a bit

then i do dips till i cant anymore

This is really bad don't do this. Find a beginner program that you like and fits your goals and do that instead. What you're doing now is really stupid and will get you hurt without any real results. Also don't do GOMAD unless you are doing a strength routine.
