I just keep track throughout the day in my head. You just update a couple numbers whenever you eat.

Fatsecret. HAve my nutrition and weight logs going back to 2009. Syncs with runkeeper with fitmess and my fitbit. My scale is linked to it so all i do is get on the scale in the morning and add the saved meals that I set up when I do meal prep on sundays. Set up my week ahead of time so it's completely done for me automatically.

fitbit tells me my weekly deficit or surplus so I can adjust accordingly for my bulks or cuts, set goals for macros so I know whats up. I'm a motherfucking machine.

Cals in Cals out is real, your body is a machine if you are a fucking machine about tracking its data.

Fitnesssyncher pushes it all into healthvault, where I put all my data from my bloodwork and doctors appointments so I know what my blood is doing over time.

Get on my level. It's fun, informative, and lets you know whats going on with your body.

Know thyself.

Buying a bluetooth blood pressure cuff soon too. Considering a glucose meter, too.

Same im wondering if accounts made after the under armour buyout require you to buy the pointless(for me) premium membership

I track my macros just fine with the free version

Just go to Nutrition and it shows you how much of what you've consumed
