I like his logic and how he tries to keep it real, and his callout videos are legendary, shame he just doesn't know as much as he thinks he does. I'm just an undergrad and I feel like I know more than he does about a lot of his topics than he does - sometimes he just gives blatantly wrong advice. I just wish he was a little bit more reliable because he adresses great topics but only sometimes what he's saying is 100% correct. He seems to know his shit about gear tho.

I'm not convinced Blaha was ever very good. His one decent contribution to fitness is ICF. Which is a great routine by any measure. But it's just a simple old skool classic 1950s bodybuilder style full body routine of the kind that suits natties.
He simply managed to get it out there during that transition from knowledge being controlled by bbing mags who made everyone do isolation heavy bro splits even if not using roids, to online forums where natties and beginners could actually discuss things and sift through the bullshit a bit more to figure out the old style full body training based around compound lifts with isolations as accessories worked better.
But what do I know. Blaha is a legit YouTube & online fitness star and I'm shitposting on a Mongolian homosexual fermented horse milk discussion forum.
