hey /fit/ wondering how much i need to workout to get my abs to start showing i weigh 130 and im 5"10 ive been doing a workout for 3 days now that consist of only abs im focusing on them in the workout i do 4 rounds of 20 reverse crunches 20 toe touches and 30 second planks any advice if i need to lose anymore fat or not (picture of body included)
