Don't take any pills for ADHD

I took Prozac for GAD. The most significant effect was that it helped me to help myself; I found a lot other therapy that didn't work before was effective. I'm not sure about Anxiolytics because they generally only prescribe them if nothing else works. Taking it helped me to get to a point where I could control my anxiety and I am now able to live happily without taking anything.

Anyone here with depression who has tried meds? I think thats What holding me back mostly

ADHD is a myth. Even the guy that came up with it admitted it was bullshit before he died.

and I kind of agree. I feel like many children are misdiagnosed with ADHD when in reality they are just bored or more inclined to be active than average. I feel like ADHD is not nearly as common as it seems to be diagnosed. Often ADHD is diagnosed in children based on parents' rating of behavior when really the analysis and diagnosis should not have any parent input at all. Also, many children may just not be interested in what they are doing at school. Symptoms of ADHD are also common to other problems, such as not getting enough sleep. I also believe that if a child's ADHD disappears as they grow up they probably didn't actually have it at all. However, I do believe that ADD or ADHD of some kind has a physiological basis (apparently a problem with some specific kind of neurotransmitter). Still not sure if my ADHD diagnosis was really correct because there are so many other things with the same symptoms anyway. I guess at least I can get Ritalin if I want it to study for exams, kek
