You are experiencing some extreme form of psychosis
>>35594657
You are sill skinny, bro.
This is why we take progress pictures. So we don't forget how far we've come. And can't lie to ourselves about our gains.

Bruh I know these feels. Just gotta suck it up. I'm currently sitting on the pooper drinking mass gainer praying I don't hurl. Zyzz watches over us.
>we're all gonna make it

That being said, hoe the fuck can i gain more weight? I normally have 3 meals including breakfast. Should i have 5 meals instead? Like big meals and snacks in between. I want to make a super upper bulk but its hard.

eat 500 calories every two hours
trying to eat massive meals is a mistake for gainers. the key is to eat 500 cals per 2 hours.

>7 months
come back in seven years faggot
You're masking good progress, but if you dont have the patience to keep at it, than you dont have the mental fortitude to make it in life
>>35595506
True that bro. Im going to keep lifting. No matter what. Zyzz would be disgusted by me. He never looked back.
>>35595425
Yes, imma try and do that. Is rice and chicken enough?
>>35595544
i hear vegetables are pretty decent for eating
Hang in there bro. Progress may not be obvious but its there. You're gonna make it.
you have to forgive yourself anon. no one makes perfect progress and this whole fitness thing takes time. as long as you're getting somewhere, keep going. just remember that what works for some people may not work for you and vice versa.
