Can one get a respectably aesthetic body from bodyweight exercises?
Pic unrelated (I'm male posting this to attract other males into reading my OP)

>implying
yeah i don't see why not as long as you use the same principles as in lifting
>>35581776
Yes, but squats with weights and estrogen will help you attract males easier
No. To build muscle you need constant progression. Read the sticky.

It's like you don't even know that gymnasts exist
>>35581980
Didn't know it was existentially impossible for gymnasts to touch a barbell
This can take you pretty far
>>35581776
it depends on what you consider a "respectably aesthetic body"
i built my pic related mediocre body mainly on pushups and pullups
Dont expect to get huge thought,it probably wont happen

you can have constant progression on bodyweight exercises just fine.
The simplest example is that pullups and pushers get harder as you gain more muscles and thus weight. And you can always increase the reps or wear a weight vest.

Yes
>>35583079
It looks good on her
>>35581776
Yes, but it will take far longer
>>35583130
That's cause she doesn't look good
>>35582131
Anyone done that?
Is it smart to do the same exact workout 3 times a week, only with creeping progression and dips/pushup alternation?
I want to dedicate some time to bodyweight training to get that control
