My recent prs are 5x5 90kg bench 3x6 50kg ohp 3x5 105kg squat and 2x5 145 kg deadlift. Recently got oly shoes becouse my squat form and flexibility is terrible.

I did 55 kg OHP for 2 reps after all day working shoulders and did lmao2pl8 squat, felt really good.
Today going to try to do 52,5 kg OHP 5x5 and at least 57,5 kg 1 rep.
