Plimsolls with almost no sole and no arch. If I were a running shoe to the gym, I take them off for anything besides bench.

They are nearing the end of their lives; I use them for cardio and lifting. For the past couple weeks I've been wearing Merell Trail Gloves. I don't know which number or version or whatever and I don't want to go downstairs just to check.

I saw a shoe thread yesterday and happened to check gumtree, found a pair of adipowers for $130 dollaridoos, and has been used 6 times. The guys lifting coach told him to sell them due to his quad imbalance, I saved about 120-140$ (Aus dollar is shit atm plus international shipping)
I think I did good bros, I'll be using these for squats and maybe I'll finally get into only lifts
