A dash of olive oil
If I have room for more, 100g of Jordan's

2 carrots
1 full shishkebab
>Dinner
300g of beans, lard
+ 3 bananas
+ 1 broccoli
+ 200g of beef
What do you think? I want to bulk, but I don't know if my diet is good. /fit/ keeps saying my diet is shit but they don't tell me why
