Serious question /fit/:

I've been lifting for slightly over a month now, and I started out doing squats parallel. 2 weeks ago, I started going ATG with my squats, but these are bothering the fuck out of my hip, so much I might have injured myself?

Now when I walk, I can feel a "pop" coming from my left hip, like my femur isn't inside of the socket or is moving around. It's not audible but if I put my hand over the left side of my hip, I can feel it pop. It kinda hurts and it's making me worried. I don't want to stop going ATG with my squats, but holy fuck this is bothering me. Do I need to see a doctor because I have hip dysplasia or is it something less serious? Or is it because my hip adductors are weak? Has anyone experienced this, and if so, any advice for a dude with who's trying to go ATG but is worried because his left hip is getting wrecked?

Advise me /fit/, pls. If you want to know, my current back squat is 145 lbs (~65 kg).

Low bar ATG is improbable for most humans. Do you feel grinding in your left hip?

I stretch but I'm not sure if I'm hitting the right area. I'm not addressing the hip adductors specifically. Are there any stretches you would recommend or do yourself before you squat?

Always high bar, have yet to try low bar because it looks way more difficult.

They don't cave in, I try to keep them directly above my feet. I guess in some cases they may extend beyond the foot as in outside of my foot. Is this bad form?

I often feel both my shoulders pop out of place when doing incline dumbell press and shooting pain. Is it too much weight? Or what, because I'm relatively new.

Another is lower back pain even after doing arms/chest days?

i had similar symptoms to you, but only when doing hipflexor exercises. it went away after stretching my hamstrings and hip flexors everyday for a week
