Never heard of it, but if i devised a training program i would probably avoid using the term snap. Kind of suggests your workout will snap shit up.

We have them all over in the states. You're probably in for a near empty but small gym at most hours. It's 24/7 so you can go whenever

I train at a UK Snap and we have three racks and a platform with bumpers, two pairs of every DB up to 50kg and two Smiths for the normies.

A 24-7 gym works out better for me. I tend to keep odd hours due to my medication and sleep cycle.

They mentioned there'd be squat cages, power racks but I read around and there's folk saying there's no bench. Which is a little disappointing.

I doubt there's no bench. It's the most normie piece of equipment save for cardio machines.
Even if there is no dedicated bench station, you can bench in the power rack. There's always benches at random machines and in the dumbbell area you can use.
