My protein shake consists of:
- 1 banana
- 2 scoops protein powder
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp sugar free chocolate syrup
- 1 cup milk
- 4 ice cubes
Any suggestions on shit to add? I usually drink it if I'm in a hurry or as calories at the end of the day. ~600-700cal
