Yes. Biceps and calves respond well to high rep work.

I've always had good reactions with reps of 3-8 for compounds and 10-20 depending on the muscle size. Forearms and calves i do 12-20. Compounds i do 3 or 8. Accessories, Biceps and triceps like 12-15.
