I hit the bench for the first time in like 9 months a few nights ago and i'm still so sore i can barely lift my arms.

this is only my opinion but my "I havent trained in months so I'll have newfag doms" doms pretty much disappear the second time I train my sore muscle group IE if I train my quads on Monday and I train them again on Tuesday my pain will be much gone by Friday
