Dinner was pork tenderloin and scrambled eggs, pineapple/banana smoothie after.

More interestingly, I used spaghetti squash in place of pasta in my bolognese for the first time last night. It was... adequate. Would probably be much better in a shrimp scampi type dish though. Will try zucchini noodles next time.

I went out and bought 3 kilos of chicken breast today for this week.

I am following advice given on this board which was to premake all meals in advance.

My question is, how long will my cooked chicken breast last in the fridge?

Mirin' your food choices, anon. Is eating that way and in that quantity expensive for you?
>>

I'm no expert, but it should last at least 5 or 6 days in the fridge. I've never had problems with storing it that long. If I were you, I'd only prep a few days' worth at a time and freeze the rest. Or you could prep all 3kg at once and then just freeze your meals. It'll last a lot longer frozen than it will in the fridge.

I just had a bowl with brown rice, crab meat, salmon, shrimp, and avocado.

Wish I had a picture, but it isn't that impressive anyway. Today I'm eating one of my pre-prepped meals: 1 lb of chicken breast with spices, 4 cups of white rice and a cup of steamed cauliflower. Got some carrots and celery on the side. A few squares of 85% dark chocolate for dessert.

>expensive for you
fruit and veggies are cheap, u just have to go to the store like every 2-3 days cuz buying bulk perishables is fail

takeout, rotisserie chickens, salads, premade sides are expensive-ish, but i don't like cooking and don't have perma-kitchen gf yet

i'd say it's worth it for the variety

1cup mixed veggies
1can salmon (tiny can)
2tbsp whey protein
1tbsp light mayo
1/3cup cheese
1/2cup lentils

My first macro-conscious meal. I don't think it was actually enough calories. This shit is hard. Turned out significantly better than expected, threw in a few spices for my duplicate lunch tomorrow.

That looks like some damn $7 chicken from the grocery store man, and those things are freaking small.
Also your freaking takeout boxes say whole foods which is literally the most expensive high spread chain (Gelson's is not high spread) available man.

The raw veggies obviously are cheap (maybe not at Whole Foods though lol), but all that other stuff looks pretty expensive. If you're spending more than like $10 per meal, that is a lot. You're also trying to talk about not expensive when you're bourgeois enough to drink juice. Pic related is me right now

Any suggestions for people making videos/articles about bodybuilding nutrition? Been all over Scooby's stuff but he loses me a little every time he says "organic".
