Does anyone breathe through their exercises?

Does it make a difference in how effective the exercise is or not?
you should be able to feel the difference for yourself in your lift if you are putting up anything more than those little dildo weights senpai

I control breathing very consciously during my reps.
I do 2 half breaths on the eccentric phase equaling 2 seconds, and 1 big exhale on the concentric. you want fatigue to be why your next rep fails, not lack of oxygen.
Personal experience is once my breathing was right I moved up like 10kg on 1rm on squat, chest, and dead

when I exhale like in your pic, the movement becomes more difficult. I usually exhale then quickly inhale at the top of the move.

>when i breathe improperly it becomes more difficult
At the bottom of the rep I inhale and hold it through the rep, at the top I exhale and bring the rep back down.

God dammit. Everybody I ever met, even trainers in the military told me to breath in down, and out going up. They said I could blow out my rectum or some shit. Those fuckers. I always found this way MUCH easier. Thanks for this vid anon.

youre not using a lifting plug?
How would you breath if you wanted to push a car off the road? You would take a big breath and hold it until you had finished pushing
