I know I have a disgusting body, but please do help, how do I fix it? What's the best way to remove the love handles? I think that even if I removed them my body would be unproportionate.
I've removed bread from my palet, hit the gym 3 times a week, no whey.
Basically I'm asking how can I make my shit body less shitty

Also high carb diet for long term results and not some low carb diet bullshit that will keep you lean for a month.
