I was shoulder pressing with DBs today. Did a set of 10 with 30kg dbs, felt like had more in the tank. Wanted to go up, gym doesn't have 32.5s so I picked 35s. I literally couldn't kick em up and start the set. I must've looked like a try-hard dumbass.
Give me some tips on how to get em in position to start the set please.

Ofc I can pick up off the floor, my problem is kicking up them up to starting press position with my knees, after I get seated.

Will switch to a barbell if I can't figure it out.

I snatch my dumb bells from the ground with ease, when doing seated dumb bell OHP. You should try it also. I can't do shoulder press with 40 kg dumb bells but snatching them up is no big deal for me.

Thank you

You do em both at the same time right? Or one by one?
>>35526538
Not him but either or . I can do it both ways
The heavier I go i have to do one at a time and focus a bit more on each one
