Rowing and erging, ice hockey, running but only outside cause fuck treadmills, and if I do cardio at the gym I do long pieces on the spin bike or hit the stair master for short pieces and I'm currently in the search for a real boxing gym in my area, I think that'd be pretty fun and cool to learn and know

It's the indoor rowing machine, the actual name of the machine itself is the "ergometer". I use it a lot to train for actual rowing, it's basically used as our off seasons training tool when we can't get out on the water to actually row. They've become pretty universal since those crossfit fags started using them (with improper technique I might add) so your gym along with a lot of gyms are starting to have them. Sorry for the rant I just figured I'd give you some info on it
