Yes/ no?

yes, but lifting as the main activity
Well why the fuck not? I do it daily.
Sure, why not
But only go to classes if you are fit and tall otherwise everyone will assume you are a perv
I was tricked by females at my work place to join the free yoga program at work.
They got me drunk and showed my lots of pictures of the girls here in yoga pants..
I went like 3 times.
First time I did it bretty good, was pretty flexible and shit. Then I started pumping arms and chest alot more and got some good gains.
After that, the next yoga sessions we're nightmares. Because of larger arms and chest I was no longer able to do so many of the excersises.
Also, its shit, stretching doesn't feel good imo.
Not going back, fucking gains goblins, keeps trying to goblin me

Nice, I've done ice hockey for 8 years, skiing my entire life, soccer and the list goes on.
Where did I even write that I have to be stiff to be muscular?
Sure, ill be immobile if I dont do yoga.
Fucking pleb dont reply to me ever again
I started SS and it was going well until I got tightness in my left hip flexor.
Started doing a power yoga routine by Mark Gonzales called "Onese1f" on Youtube.
Could barely do it at first (literally couldn't do certain parts of it) but over time it became easier, and it has helped tremendously with my flexibility and just what I can do with my body in general.
I see yoga as a supplement to weightlifting.
