What muscle are you even going to be working out?
A skipping rope takes trivial effort. You use very small, specific muslces with barely any range. You are flicking, not lifting.
If you add lmao3pl9 to your skipping rope you would start doing a wierd, dangerous motion for getting it into a circular motion that will still not workout any major muslce groups, and will just risk your tendons etc. Oh, and you might find it a bit harder to jump.
