OP you can buy really sturdy bench stations and mod them with safety bars so you can squat. But if they exceed a 10-rep max capacity and 200lbs weight limit they will be classed as "illegal assault bench stations" and you will be arrested for conspiracy to commit mass gains

It isn't like that everywhere. The killings and crazy robberies happen more in the favelas, most of the stuff you see is probably from Rio de Janeiro. There are a few really bad places to hang around here but São Paulo is pretty much just a regular city here. I had never even seen a gun until two weeks ago.
