How many times a week do you hit the gym?
Unfortunetly i will only be able to lift 3 times are week. Are my gains going to be the same as if i lifted 6 times a week?
Depends on your routine, anon

What do you mean, bro?

Because some routines are for 3 days a week and other requires to go 5-6 days a week becase it is split (arm day, leg day, and so)

I will do an ABC routine.

I do 3 times a week because I'm doing SS. I used to go 6 days but I stalled quick. I already broke all my PRs 3 weeks after starting ss
Your gains will be identical. 6 times a week is too much anyways, unless you're enhanced. Rest days are key.
6x allows for more gains, but only if you eat & sleep like a madman.
You can make mad gains training 2x a week. Don't listen to any of these niggers.
If you're a noob I'd go with fullbody 3x a week, if "intermediate" I'd go with an upper lower split. You've got a few options for doing that.
Week 1: Upper-Lower-Upper
Week 2: Lower-Upper-Lower
Repeat
or if you want to specialize on upper body (or lower body) you can just do week 1 (or week 2) eternally and never alternate.
You can also do Upper-Lower-Fullbody and just combine the upper day and lower day (but probably cut volume since it'd be a damn long time in the gym).

You do realize that there are too many factors for this to be true. Like volume and intensity in each workout along with diet and how much sleep someone's getting
