I'm 14 (inb4 underage) I play offensive line in football. I'm 6'0 210
Bench- 200
Squat- 245
Deadlift- 300

I'm looking to be able to bench 225, and squat 280 by the end of June.
I don't want to lose any weight. What are the best routines and what is the best diet to do this

man fuck all those faggots here when i was 15 i was 200lbs and had similar stats (inb4 bad form).
so that depends on your routine up until now. im on TM and loving it but maybe you still got some noob gains in you so SS might be a good option.
