could anyone legitimately bulk on McDonald's? I'm not a poorfag but damn, that's be like >$10 a day for just 3000 kcal. I usually just spend $3 a day on food.
I'd love to bulk on McD as I love their food, but it's just too expensive. So I bulk on oats, milk and bulgur.
Get some mass gainer to help you out. Probably Optimum Nutrition Pro-Gainer. 650 calories per scoop, do one in the morning and one after your workout. Thats 1300 calories alone. Eat chicken with rice and baked potato twice a day, mix in some fats like Almonds and Nuts.
