Make like 3-4 different recipes that fit your taste, need and budget.
I usually pair them with a base of either milk, yoghurt or quark, then add some honey for sweetness and then some additional flavoring like unsweetened chocolate, bananas, apples, coconut flakes, dried fruit, seeds - it works with literally anything.

Rotate your meals so you don't get bored with them. oats are GOAT breakfast material.

I have the same breakfast nearly everyone morning. Cup of coffee or tea, 2 slices of toast, 4 fried eggs covered in hot sauce and a banana. I look forward to breakfast every morning.

look I have been losing fat I have been otherwise unable to lose for twnety years.

in the past two months I;ve seen actual progress on a pretty strick 2,000 cal keto diet

Nothing I ever tried has worked.. it was impossible without this change to keto for me.

I haven't had any indication its causing me other problems and I don't plan on staying on it for long just a few more moths to get rid of the fat

I love a chicken parm calzone like nobody I love oats and pasta etc.. I don't really like the crap I am eating but its working .

losing this fat is an absolute must

Let me ask you oats guys a question: Do you eat it every morning? And if so, don't you get bored with the same foods over and over again?

I'm asking because I eat oats every other day and it gets pretty stale after a while.

another question is, anyone has a good recipe for protein bars? Some recipes recommend just blending stuff together and putting it into the freezer overnight but it turns to shit if I take it to work.

this is real cool sometimes. although I usually do this when I don't have enough time for breakfast and bottle up the smoothie to go. Getting out that blender and cleaning it afterwards takes like 10 times the amount of time you'd need for making a simple bowl of oats.

that's why I (>>35455160 here) suggested to prepare 3-4 different meals. That helps a lot. Oats get boring pretty fast, you need to spice them up good with different flavors. But their nutritional value is just so over the top that anyone who doesn't harness that power is set up to fail.

the reason being fat makes you more likely to become diabetic is because some of the fat in your fat cells escapes into your bloodstream as free fatty acids (FFAs) that harm insulin sensitivity. the same thing happens when you eat a high fat diet. eating keto is metabolically the same as being obese when it comes to diabetes.

you don't need keto to not be a fatty either. learn how to eat a healthy diet and you'll keep the weight off for life.

I have for years eaten the best, most nutrient dense and widely varigated diet possible..

I spared no expense buying any and every good food on earth.

I shunned all junk, I drive for a living though and mostly at night No I started to get fat from sitting on my ass driving for eight hours a day and not being able to work out at my condo in the early AM overnight hours..

I have only been doing this for eleven weeks now.

once I am comfortable that i can go back to a normal diet I will and I don;t think I will have triggered diabetes in say 20 weeks of keto.
