hey guys, I was 320 about 4 months ago and im able to keep my weight stable around 290. i was wonder if any former fatties can tell me at what weight were you able to walk, jog, or sprint without your knees hurting?

I started at around that weight to jog/walk lightly and never really suffered from my knees, I mean the pain was tolerable, a simple knee brace was enough to deal with the deal.
Anyway, you could try something easy on the joints, cycling or something.
