Had a surgery 2 months ago, and im finally starting to recover, I was able to run again 3 days ago and sleep on my sides again
I'n my country the surgery was free so idk if u can afford but I definitely recommend, It's painfull and takes a while to recover, but still worth it imo. I'm much happier about my chest now and I have 2 cool scars

the most common surgery (nuss procedure) for it involves putting metal rods/bars around it to correct it
it takes months to have any effect, is extremely painful the entire time, and you're straight up bedridden for atleast 3+ months
looked into it years ago and it's absolutely not worth it. Even if everything goes perfect and you get the best possible correction you can you will still not have a normal looking chest
