Basically OP, you do each of the workouts with a 30 second rest in between the sets - in between sets make sure you have your protein shake ready - you don't want to miss the anabolic window! If you wait too long to get some protein, it will turn straight into fat instead of muscle OP!

seems like muscle overwork, same muscles groups, on a defecit, and too much will break muscles down lowering metabolism. doesn't even specify how often each day/ every other day etc
