Sooo there's this guy that used to respect me at the gym but due to depression, gender issues, and medication I quit the gym for about a year and when I missed at him after not seeing him for about a year he made a weird face and basically pssshed me. I'm thinking about whispering weird things now without making eye contact, such as "bananas in pajamas" whenever he passes. He's actually pretty wide, but sub 6". Also, I am currently working on alpha-trap mode and becoming a pt, amongst other things.
So my question is, what excersizes can I utilize to can mass on my ass, but not build up my thighs too much? I'm already cycling for cardio. Basically the equivalent of curling for glutes. I don't want to build my thighs/quads because I want good proportions, so I figured squats wouldn't work.
