What combination should a collegiate track and field sprinter use? Looking to increase speed and explosiveness with minimal weight/size gain. 100m-200m dash. Already run a 10.2 100m
Im also a sprinter doing from 60m to 400m but i havent ran under 10.5 (10.59 best), im already doing a lot of squat and a basic training for my upperbody, also bumping for interest

Don't.
Get on some Designer stimulants. That is what literally every sprinter is on when they are not in competition.
DMAA is probably the best. you can buy it in pure form, and pretty much copy original Jack3d formula.
