Push vs Pull
For the rest of your life you can ONLY do push (press, squat, dips, etc) movements, or pull (rows, deads, pull ups, etc) movements. Which do you choose and why?
Push. You can't pull your dick into a woman
pull for sure, fat neck beards that can't pull up will feel otherwise

Pull. Sitting at a desk for hours on end results in thoracic kyphosis. Pushing will make it worse. Pulling will make it better
