Being strong is good. Being able to knock somebody out (while really more about technique than strength) is also good. In modern society though neither of those things matter a ton. A person who is not physically strong can still be socially assertive. And what are you going to do about it if they are drawing more attention than your juicy body? Are you going to fight them? Maybe pull of your shirt and challenge them to a flex off?
A good face or a good body are both just aspects of your total person. In an ideal world you would be fit, attractive, and social graceful. Honestly though, if you have any one of those three you can make it work for you. Skinny dyel's can still get girls if they have a good face or a good personality. People with a ripped body can still get no ass if they are fuck ugly.
So really the tl;dr version is you should stop getting so enraged over little shit like this. Just do you. Lift to be stronger, take care of yourself to be more attractive, and maybe spend less time on Turkish goat husbandry boards to build up that personality.

Let's be honest though - attraction is at the forefront of what makes somebody like you, and that especially includes physical attraction.
You can work around it by having 'game' or 'status' or whatever, but if you want a relationship that includes a healthy sex life, it usually helps to have your shit in order, in terms of your body. Plus I hate the idea of a girl 'settling' on my body, since most girls already have to settle with the fact that I'm short.
