is there a fiber supplement that covers or nearly covers 100% daily fiber? im doing keto, have lost 70lbs since June, but im having some serious poopin issues. you go to the store, but even the powders or gummie shit are all like 12% per serving. i was hoping for like 90% or even more than 100% as a guarantee.

You shouldn't get all your daily fiber all in one sitting nor should it all be from 'supplements'. You should be getting it from the fruits and vegetables you SHOULD be eating even on a keto diet.

So has everyone else doing every other diet. Eat less calories on any diet and you're going to lose a bunch of weight. Beans are also good for filling you up so you don't feel hungry. You also get to poop.
