Stretchmarks are likely to fade by themselves, and a bit of tanning will lessen their appearance.
If you want to hasten it, try cocoa butter or general moisturiser, but I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Honestly it's just genetic. My bench is nothing to write home about and I train it with the same frequency as the rest of my body. One of my favorite exercises for chest is weighted dips with a drop set, and I use to do a fuck load of pushups when I was younger, like 200-300 a day.
