bought one back during Black Friday, the fit bit hr was on sale at Walmart. Tried it and returned after one. Bought it for curiosities sake. It does track your sleep, says I'm restless. My sleeping habit is bad to begin with. I average 4~5 hours on weekdays but get 8~10 on weekends. Everything else you have to put in though, water and food intake. I use my fitness pal now instead. Just not for me.

Got one 2 days ago. So far it's pretty cool, heart rate and distance sensors are surprisingly accurate. But then again if you don't do cardio im not so sure it's worth it.

As a medfag who has worked in a sleep unit, I can say this is not very accurate.
For sleep quality you need to have a combination of things going on. Simply measuring HR and motion helps but you need way more... In sleep units they literally film them, measure pO2 /CO2, breathing rate, and electroencephalogram EEG
