The one that let's me look like this
Bodyweight gets ridiculed on /fit/ by people who only ever did regular pushups and pullups and naturally didn't make any progress after noob gains. For actual discussion, routines, help, go to

Enjoy the wonderful world of calisthenics/gymnastics!

Thanks would do but the information there seems a bit overwhelming.
>>35394147
It definitely is, but you'll have to read it if you want to know what to do. As you can't just add more weight to the same routine (unless you get fat), you need to do different things that are slightly more difficult once you are good at the things you started out doing. Just one tip, don't try to progress too fast, you'll only injure yourself.

Not this. But its what I made and follo. It's P good

Just read the prime information about Foundation. If you're looking for free stuff, you have 3 major options. You either do Starbodyweight, you do the reddit one, or you do the Foundation one. They're all easily accessible and free. The reddit one is just fine as long as you progress your exercises, if you're not going to read the information for Foundation. make sure you eat enough to keep building muscle. Foundation also has crazy high demands for certain progressions, so if all you're looking for is muscle rather than gymnastics skills, do the reddit one, with higher volume.

I don't think Saitama did pull ups.
