Hi /fit/ it's my first time here, and I just want to know, where do you guys get your motivation from to lose weight?
I've been on and off for the past 6 months, but now I finally have money to get the things necessary, I have hypothyroidism, and I'd like to know, is it possible to become "fit" in a short time, or does it become a grind with determination?
