You can easily work up. It's getting from 0-2 to a reasonable number that is hard. If you can do 6 pullups, you can work up to 60 pullups in a relatively short time.

Pushups also, I used to do 3 sets and every week increase the number per set by 3, then 5. Soon enough, you're doing sets of 50.

Doing numbers in calisthenics has nothing to do with your max lifts. Muscular endurance is not pure strength or bodybuilders would shred boxers instead of the other way.

Is that 15 in one set? Can you do 3 sets 10? Do it 3x a week, next week is 3 sets of 12. Week after is 14, etc. It will take a while and at some point you will plateau, but you can increase them. It's harder if you weigh a lot or are gaining weight. Since you are lifting heavy, you probably weigh a ton (of muscle) and would have to decrease your strength training to gain volume in bodyweight exercise, also lose weight (and muscle).

Getting from 0 or 1 to 5 is a lot harder.

Do weighted hyperextensions for sets of 10-15 2-3 sets. And do weighted situps with same rep/set scheme. Trust me, it will fix your shit. Do hypers every other day, and do abs between those days.
