I want to lose 30 pounds in 1 month. Is that possible without exercise? Because I don't have any money for a gym membership? I know you guys hate /NewYearFags/ shitting up your board with their posts, but I'm genuinely going to stick with trying to lose weight because I'm tired of hating myself guys. Tired of hating what I see in mirror you know? So yeah, is that possible?

Yeah it is. But anyone approaching this from your position isn't dedicated it educated enough to do it. I went from 225 to 200 in 20 days thanks to a certain supplement. It can and has killed people. Someone looking to lose weight quick with no exercise/diet background would fail. Start small

Not healthy and not recommended though, since you'll wreck your body.

How to lose weight 101:

1. Most important step: develop a healthy relationship with food, as soon as you're no longer tempted by its calling whenever you are stressed/depressed/bored you will maintain your successes ie. you got to where you are because of your mind frame towards food, change that first

Next parts are the easy parts.

2. Drink lots of water. 2L + per day if you can, if you accidentally binged, drink water.

3. Eat anything you want but less portions. The more you try to limit your self and ban certain foods, the more you crave it.

4. Exercise

5. Have motivating quotes/pictures around the house; maybe even get a tumblr for the motivation

6. Set realistic and specific goals -- with numbers ie. 30 mins run, 10 push ups

7. Don't give up
