For all the anons going to lift on Christmas, what lifts will you be doing?
Squats
Typically on Friday I would do pullups rows hammer curls and rear delt flys. However because I was off work I did it today instead and Christmas is a rest day

I'd like to. We have a former world champion powerlifter who opens my little powerlifting gym on Xmas day at 6 AM for a couple hours. Dude is hardcore.

Leg day today. My gym is 24/7 and I thought being christmas it would be dead but all the regulars were there and then some. Busiest Ive ever seen it.
Front squat, box squat, shrug. Basically a rest day
