Honestly, I'd like a mix of both. I've always had chub and I hate it. But I can see what my body would look like. I've recently lost around 25 lbs. And I'm curious what some of you guys did to lose the excess fat when you've lost a good amount of weight.
I went from 200 to 177-178. I'm 5'7" so I like weight but there's more to be done. Simple suggestions would be appreciated. I joined and left a gym last year. I hated it. Any good resistance training I could do?
