now 2008 to 2012 is where it really picked up. the communities started to develop their own culture and jokes, and it wasn't just ironic shitposting. this was the time of zyzz, tinytrip and harsh. every day was ebin.
since then this website in general has gotten so mainstream it's just looks like a rehash of the past and of the rest of the internet.
