The biggest difference between a guy thats strong and knows how to fight and a real pro fighter is the pro fighter can endure what you throw at him and he can keep on fighting for way longer.So with UFC rules you have no hope of winning.
But if youre doing lifting and you know basic striking/grappling ( basically just keeping your distance, how to hit hard, blocking etc ) then the weight difference cant be neglected, cause youre hitting with bare fists and if he falls itll be on concrete.
